A technical “nice to know” about Die Maklerei’s website is the use of lazy loading for images and media, whereby content is only loaded when it appears in the visible area. This technique not only improves performance, but also reduces data consumption, especially on mobile devices. In addition, the implementation of modern web technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3 ensures an appealing design and interactive elements that enrich the user experience.

Description

A contemporary, conversion-optimized web design was developed for “Die Maklerei” in Bad Segeberg that perfectly matches the corporate design and is impressive on both desktop and mobile devices.

In addition, an integration with the popular brokerage software Flowfacts was implemented. This eliminates the need for manual maintenance of real estate information 😉.
