Working at Web Labels

Our office is on the market square in Bargteheide, with good connections to Hamburg and Lübeck. 19 people work in our team on online shops, websites and our own software. We care more about what you can do and want to learn than about what your CV looks like.

What we offer: varied projects for real clients, flexitime, partial remote working, training and further education, short lines of communication in the team and a break at the table football or the digital pinball machine.

Your tasks

  • Build frontends for online shops based on Shopware 6
  • Adapt templates with HTML, CSS/SCSS and JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Improve usability and loading times
  • Integrate and adapt Shopware plugins
  • Work with design and backend development on custom client solutions

Your profile

  • Sound knowledge of Shopware 6 (Shopware 5 is a plus) and current frontend technologies
  • Experience with HTML5, CSS3/SCSS and JavaScript, ideally also with Vue.js or Twig
  • Confident use of Git
  • Understanding of interfaces and APIs
  • An independent way of working and an eye for detail

Please send your application with your salary expectations to [email protected].

Apprenticeship as IT specialist for application development (m/f/d)

What you will learn with us

  • Develop and adapt Shopware projects
  • Turn designs into templates (Twig, SCSS, Vue.js)
  • Develop plugins and interfaces in PHP
  • Work with MySQL, Docker and Git
  • Test, find bugs and accompany client projects through to launch

What you bring

  • Interest in web development; initial knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript or PHP is an advantage
  • Enjoyment in solving technical problems
  • A German school leaving qualification (Abitur, Fachabitur or Realschulabschluss) or a comparable qualification

After successfully completing the apprenticeship, we may offer you a permanent position. Please send your application to [email protected].

Apprenticeship as media designer digital/print (m/f/d)

Starting 1 August 2028. This is a German dual apprenticeship (Mediengestalter Digital und Print).

Your tasks

  • Design and build websites and online shops
  • Research and edit images
  • Maintain content in Shopware and WordPress (we will show you how)
  • Coordinate with the team and with clients

Your profile

  • A careful and structured way of working
  • Good spelling and an eye for design
  • First experience with Photoshop or digital content is welcome

Your grades matter less to us than your work. Feel free to include examples from Photoshop, Lightroom or your own HTML projects. The apprenticeship pay is above average. Please send your application to [email protected].

How to apply

Send your documents as a PDF by email to the address given for the position. We do not need a traditional cover letter; a few sentences about yourself and, if available, examples of your work are enough. Speculative applications are also welcome. Your contact is Marco Kreutzfeldt from our back office.

How we handle applicant data is explained in our privacy policy.
