One team for shop, data and operations

An online shop rarely consists of Shopware alone. Products come from the ERP, product copy from the PIM, and orders go to marketplaces and shipping providers. That is why our projects start with a data flow analysis rather than with the design. Afterwards you know what Shopware 6 covers out of the box and where an extension or an ERP integration is needed.

Tech stack

  1. ApplicationShopware, Laravel or WordPress with theme and plugins
  2. Cache and searchRedis and Elasticsearch configured to fit
  3. PHPcurrent version with OPcache
  4. Serverour own servers with NVMe storage
We look at every layer, not just the theme: from the application through cache and search to the server.

New shop, migration or further development

For a new shop we take you from concept to launch. If you are moving from Shopware 5, WooCommerce or another system, we plan the migration step by step. Existing shops become more visible through Shopware SEO and faster through performance optimisation, and merchants who sell to business customers get a B2B setup on Shopware 6.

We have particular experience with shops for car parts and tuning, from vehicle search by HSN/TSN to preparing TecDoc and manufacturer data. Connections to ERP, PIM and marketplaces are covered under Integrations & systems, while hosting and updates are part of Operations & Service.

public static function getSubscribedEvents(): array
{
    return [
        ProductPageLoadedEvent::class => 'onProductPage',
    ];
}

public function onProductPage(ProductPageLoadedEvent $event): void
{ /* add data without touching the core */ }
We build extensions as separate Shopware plugins so the shop stays update-safe.

How your Shopware project runs with us

  1. Understand

    We look at your product range, processes and existing systems and clarify which data comes from where.

  2. Plan

    The data flow analysis leads to a concept, a design draft and a list of the extensions you need.

  3. Build

    We develop theme, plugins and integrations in a staging environment, and you see every interim stage.

  4. Run

    After launch we take care of hosting, updates and monitoring if you wish.
