Why a bigger server often changes little in Shopware hosting

A bigger server does not fix a wrong cache configuration, a faulty search index or a slow plugin. Many shops pay for performance that they cannot use because of their settings.

What our Shopware hosting gives you

  • Application and server are optimised together.
  • Redis for cache and sessions and Elasticsearch for search are set up.
  • Bottlenecks are resolved specifically instead of being masked with more hardware.
  • Monitoring with ShopSignal can be added directly.

Scope of services

What our Shopware hosting for Shopware 6 includes

  • Assessment of your plan

We check whether your current provider suits Shopware 6 and your product range.

  • Our own servers

Your shop runs on our servers, which we operate for Shopware 6.

  • PHP and database

We tune OPcache, APCu, database and web server for Shopware.

  • Redis and search

We set up Redis and Elasticsearch or OpenSearch to suit your catalogue.

  • Planned migration

The move is prepared so that the switchover stays short.

  • Operation with monitoring

After the migration we monitor the shop and install updates.

Our Shopware hosting is tailored to Shopware 6: we configure Shopware, PHP, database, Redis, Elasticsearch and web server as one system. We run your shop on our own servers or optimise your existing environment with another provider. The result is short response times, without expensive hardware merely masking configuration problems.

Tech stack

  1. ApplicationShopware, Laravel or WordPress with theme and plugins
  2. Cache and searchRedis and Elasticsearch configured to fit
  3. PHPcurrent version with OPcache
  4. Serverour own servers with NVMe storage
We look at every layer, not just the theme: from the application through cache and search to the server.

Two routes, one standard

If you stay with your provider, we check what your plan offers, set up available services such as Redis and Elasticsearch and tune PHP, caches and database. If a move makes sense, you migrate to our own servers, which are preconfigured for Shopware 6, Laravel and WordPress and run on current NVMe storage.

Optimising hosting and shop together, including monitoring

We leave nothing to chance. Short lines between development and hosting save time when problems arise: whether a slow shop is down to the server or the theme is something we clarify with Shopware performance optimisation, and Shopware maintenance takes care of updates. For monitoring, we have developed our own Shopware monitoring tool, ShopSignal. It keeps an eye on availability, servers, the message queue and error logs and alerts you before your customers notice anything.

How we work

How moving to our Shopware hosting works

  1. Understand

We look at your business, your systems and your figures before we suggest anything.

  2. Plan

You receive a concept and a quote with individual items and a realistic schedule.

  3. Build

We develop in stages. You see interim results on a test environment and approve them.

  4. Run

After go-live we take care of hosting, updates and monitoring if you want us to.

Frequently asked questions about Shopware hosting

All questions and answers
What does Redis do for Shopware 6?

Redis offers very fast access from memory. Depending on the Shopware version and architecture, we use it for cache, sessions or queues. What matters is the right connection and checking whether the shop is actually relieved.

With the right hosting, are load times no longer noticeable?

Our goal is very short server responses. Nobody can seriously promise zero load time across the board, because the theme, images, third-party services, device and internet connection also play a part. We optimise everything we can influence and make the results measurable.

What distinguishes you from a normal hosting provider?

A hosting provider mainly supplies infrastructure. We also look at the Shopware configuration, plugins, caches and the actual page types of your shop, which lets us pinpoint causes more precisely.
