Why separate customer data without CRM integration costs time

Sales, service and the shop often work with separate data sets. Callers first have to explain what they ordered, and enquiries from the website are copied into the CRM by hand.

What CRM integration for your online shop gives you

  • Customers, orders and enquiries reach the CRM without anyone retyping them.
  • Your sales team sees the purchase history right on the contact.
  • Form enquiries are assigned to the right contact person automatically.
  • You decide which system maintains which customer data.

Scope of services

What our CRM integration covers

  • Define the leading system

    We decide which system is responsible for which data.

  • Connection via API

    Through your CRM vendor's interface.

  • Customers and enquiries

    Customers, orders and form enquiries end up in the CRM.

  • Duplicates

    Duplicate contacts are detected and merged.

  • Only the fields needed

    We transfer what the CRM really needs.

  • Monitoring

    Errors are logged and noticed quickly.

With CRM integration we connect your online shop or website with your CRM system. New customers, orders and form enquiries are automatically assigned to the right contact, and your sales team can see in the CRM what a customer has bought. We use the CRM vendor’s interfaces or develop the API connection ourselves.

class SyncStock implements ShouldQueue
{
    public function handle(Erp $erp, Shop $shop): void
    {
        foreach ($erp->changedProducts() as $product) {
            $shop->setStock($product->number, $product->stock);
        }
    }
}

Which system leads?

Before any data flows, we clarify where customer data is maintained. If someone changes an address in the CRM, should it reach the shop, or the other way round? This decision prevents two systems from overwriting each other. Only the fields that sales and service actually need are transferred.

Orders Integration Products, prices, stock
  • ERP
  • PIM
  • Marketplaces
  • CRM
Data flows automatically in both directions instead of being transferred by hand or in Excel.

Enquiries, newsletters and campaigns

Besides orders, form enquiries are the most common case: an enquiry from a landing page arrives in the CRM as a contact, including its source. If the newsletter is also linked to the CRM, we plan this together with your email marketing.

How we work

How your CRM integration project works

  1. Understand

    We look at your business, your systems and your figures before we suggest anything.

  2. Plan

    You receive a concept and a quote with individual items and a realistic schedule.

  3. Build

    We develop in stages. You see interim results on a test environment and approve them.

  4. Run

    After go-live we take care of hosting, updates and monitoring if you want us to.
