Consulting
Consulting for connecting ERP, PIM, CRM and marketplaces: analysing data flows, selecting systems and integrations and drawing up a concept that works in day-to-day operations.
-
ERP integration
We connect Shopware 6 with your ERP system. Products, prices and stock come from the ERP, orders and customer data go back. With a ready-made connector or a custom integration.
-
PIM integration
Product copy, properties, images and translations from a PIM system sent to Shopware 6 automatically, with mapping and delta synchronisation.
-
Multichannel
Connecting Shopware 6 with Amazon, eBay, Kaufland, OTTO and idealo: product export, order import and stock sync with magnalister, Base, sync4 or a custom connector.
-
Data migration
Moving product, customer and order data from your old system, with field mapping, data cleansing and test imports before the switch.
-
CRM integration
Customers, orders and enquiries from your shop and website sent to the CRM automatically, so that sales and service see the purchase history right on the contact.
-
Custom integrations
API connections, CSV and XML imports and supplier feeds for shops, ERP systems, marketplaces and internal software, with delta synchronisation and error logging.
In integration development we connect your online shop with ERP, PIM, CRM and marketplaces so that products, prices, stock and orders are maintained in one place only. We set up ready-made connectors, extend existing integrations in an update-safe way, for example for Xentral, weclapp or SelectLine, and build custom connections via API, JSON, CSV or XML.

Straight into the Shopware API
We write directly to the Shopware 6 API and read data from external APIs. If required, we pass records back to other systems automatically. For large data volumes we rely on delta synchronisation: only data that has changed is transferred. For setups with many systems involved we use our own middleware, which comes from our custom development team.
ERP systems with their own page
For the ERP systems we connect to Shopware 6 there are dedicated pages with data flows and answers to typical questions. You will find the overview under Shopware 6 ERP connection. The shop side itself is covered on our Shopware page.
class SyncStock implements ShouldQueue
{
public function handle(Erp $erp, Shop $shop): void
{
foreach ($erp->changedProducts() as $product) {
$shop->setStock($product->number, $product->stock);
}
}
} Integrations and connectors
We also build connectorsIf there is no ready-made integration for a platform, we develop it ourselves. For Fressnapf, Faire, Orderchamp and Ankorstore we have built our own middleware that connects Shopware 6 fully with each marketplace.
-
Shopware 6 and Fressnapf
The Fressnapf marketplace for pet supplies, with product push, price and stock synchronisation, order import and shipping status.
To the Fressnapf integration -
Shopware 6 and Faire
Wholesale marketplace for independent retailers: your range comes from Shopware, and the retailers’ orders flow back into the shop.
To the Faire integration -
Shopware 6 and Orderchamp
B2B marketplace for brands and specialist retailers, continuously synchronised with your Shopware data.
To the Orderchamp integration -
Shopware 6 and Ankorstore
European wholesale marketplace for brands and retailers, fully connected to Shopware 6.
To the Ankorstore integration
What the middleware covers:
How integration development works with us
- Clarify data flows
We document which system leads for which data and how often it is synchronised.
- Choose the approach
A ready-made connector, an extension of an existing integration or a custom connection via the API.
- Test with real data
In a staging environment we synchronise products, stock and test orders.
- Monitor
After go-live we keep an eye on the sync runs. Errors are logged and trigger an alert.

Frequently asked questions about integration development
All questions and answersWhat is an API integration?
An API is a programming interface through which two systems exchange data directly. Products, stock, prices, orders or customer data can be synchronised automatically between shop, ERP and other platforms, without anyone importing files.
What is the difference between API, CSV and XML?
Via an API, systems usually exchange data in real time. CSV files are tables and suit structured bulk data. XML is often used for supplier feeds, marketplaces and older systems. Which approach fits depends on the systems involved.
Which systems can be connected?
Shop systems such as Shopware, ERP and inventory management systems, PIM, CRM, supplier portals, marketplaces, shipping providers and internal software. In-house developments and older systems can often be connected as well.
Can large data volumes be processed?
Yes. For large catalogues and supplier feeds we use delta synchronisation and transfer only the records that have changed. This shortens run times and takes load off shop and ERP.
