Routine work without process automation: where time is lost

In many companies, employees copy data from one system to another every day, read off invoices or sort emails. The work is important but monotonous, and typos are often only noticed late.

What process automation with AI agents gives you

  • Recurring tasks run automatically in the background.
  • Data from PDFs, photos and emails is recognised using OCR and vision models.
  • Your team checks results instead of typing them in.
  • Every step is logged and remains traceable.

Scope of services

What we take on in process automation

  • Find suitable cases

We map processes and select the ones that are worthwhile.

  • Documents and images

Text recognition and image models read receipts and photos.

  • Clean import data

Data is cleaned and structured before it moves on.

  • Pre-sort enquiries

Incoming enquiries are categorised and assessed.

  • Agents with validation rules

Unclear cases go to your team with all the information.

  • Connection

Shop, ERP, CRM or email are connected directly.

In process automation, AI and conventional software take over recurring processes: extracting data from documents, cleaning up imports, pre-sorting enquiries or passing information between systems. AI agents handle tasks that someone used to do by hand and hand over to a person as soon as a decision is needed.

Where automation helps

AI is particularly useful where a lot of information comes together: product data, customer enquiries, PDFs, CSV files, images and orders. One example is a vehicle registration scanner that reads data from a photo and links it to HSN/TSN, TecDoc or product data. Other examples are support automations, the assessment of incoming enquiries or the detection of faulty imports.

Example

I’m looking for a hiking rain jacket that doesn’t rustle.

Two jackets from your range with a soft outer fabric fit that. Both are waterproof and breathable. Shall I filter by size?

The answers are based only on your product data.

AI search and product advice answer in full sentences and know your range.

Controllable instead of a black box

We connect AI models to your systems via APIs, build custom processes and define validation rules. This keeps it traceable what the automation has done. Whether a process is suitable is something we clarify in AI consulting, and the technical connection to your systems is described under integrations & systems.

How we work

How your process automation project runs

  1. Understand

We look at your business, your systems and your figures before we suggest anything.

  2. Plan

You receive a concept and a quote with individual items and a realistic schedule.

  3. Build

We develop in stages. You see interim results on a test environment and approve them.

  4. Run

After go-live we take care of hosting, updates and monitoring if you want us to.

Frequently asked questions about process automation

All questions and answers
Which processes are suitable for automation with AI?

Processes that occur frequently, follow similar rules and involve text, documents or images. Typical examples are reading receipts, cleaning up imports and pre-sorting enquiries.

Does the AI then decide on its own?

Only where you specify it. We define validation rules and thresholds above which a case is handed over to a person. Results and decisions are logged.
