ShopSignal: monitoring for Shopware 6 shops
Shopware monitoring that reports outages and revenue drops before your customers call.
ShopSignal is a monitoring tool for Shopware 6 shops. It monitors availability, server, message queue, error logs, SEO and revenue and combines everything into a health score from 0 to 100. If the score drops or revenue falls sharply, you receive a message by email, Slack or webhook. ShopSignal is developed and operated by Web Labels.
Features
What ShopSignal does day to day.
-
Health score per shop
A value from 0 to 100 based on security, performance, queue and infrastructure. If it drops, you see which area is pulling it down.
-
All shops on one heatmap
Each tile is a shop. Yellow and red tiles state the reason, such as a full disk, an expiring PHP version or a queue backlog.
-
Revenue drops on the same day
ShopSignal compares the day's revenue with the same time on previous days. A drop after a deployment stands out while you can still react.
-
Alerts without constant noise
You set thresholds per shop or for all shops. Each incident triggers one alert, followed by an all-clear and a summary in the morning.
-
SEO and Core Web Vitals
PageSpeed, Lighthouse, Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools sit in the same dashboard as server and revenue.
-
Deadlines at a glance
Countdowns show when your PHP or Shopware version reaches end of life and when an SSL certificate expires.
Who ShopSignal is for
- Shop owners with one shop or a handful of shops, where every hour of downtime costs revenue. You see outages before your customers report them.
- Agencies that look after many client shops. All shops appear on one heatmap, and alerts go to the right team via Slack or webhook.
How to set up ShopSignal
For each shop, you install the ShopSignal Connector plugin from the Shopware Store and enter the project token. The plugin sends signed data over TLS, no additional agent runs on the server, and we do not need SSH access. After a few minutes the shop appears on the heatmap. The data is processed in Germany, and a data processing agreement is available on request.
Monitoring from our own operations
We look after Shopware shops in hosting and maintenance. ShopSignal is the tool we use ourselves to see whether a shop is healthy. We built it with our custom development team. If you would rather not handle monitoring yourself, we take care of it as part of monitoring and Shopware maintenance.

Frequently asked questions
What does ShopSignal monitor in a Shopware shop?
ShopSignal monitors availability and response times, SSL certificates, the server with CPU, RAM, disk, PHP-FPM, MySQL and Redis, the message queue and the error logs. It also tracks SEO values from PageSpeed, Search Console and Bing, as well as revenue and orders. From this, ShopSignal calculates a health score per shop.
Does ShopSignal need access to our server?
No. You install the ShopSignal Connector plugin from the Shopware Store for each shop. It sends signed data to ShopSignal via TLS. No additional agent runs on the server, and we do not need SSH access.
Does ShopSignal also work with Shopware 5?
No. ShopSignal supports Shopware 6 in versions 6.5 to 6.7. If your shop still runs on Shopware 5, we are happy to advise you on migrating to Shopware 6.
