How we work: from the first conversation to operations
A project with Web Labels starts with your systems and figures, not with an off-the-shelf quote. We then plan in stages, show interim results on a test environment and remain available after launch.
Start a project1. Understand
Before we suggest anything, we look at your business: which systems are running today, where are the sticking points, which figures matter? For existing shops this includes a look at the code, the plugins, the servers and Search Console. The initial consultation costs you nothing.
2. Plan
You receive a concept and a quote broken down into individual items, so you can see what you are paying for. We split larger projects into stages. After each stage you can decide how to proceed, and the first part goes live sooner.
3. Build
We develop on a dedicated test environment. There you can see interim results, test for yourself and give your approval. Code is kept in Git, changes are traceable, and before launch we check loading times and how everything looks on a smartphone.
4. Operate
After launch we can take care of hosting, updates and monitoring if you wish. You can set out response times in an SLA. You can also run things yourself; in that case you receive a handover with documentation.
What you can expect from us
A fixed point of contact, honest assessments even when a request would achieve little, and quotes without hidden items. For companies based in Germany, consulting services may be eligible for BAFA funding.
