Description
For Fenske Real Estate we built a high-quality property website using Modiva, our AI-assisted system. It brings two target groups together under one roof: investors and family offices looking for apartment buildings and residential portfolios, and private buyers of homes on the Bay of Lübeck. The look is deliberately understated and refined, with calm imagery, clear user guidance and short loading times.

A property website on Modiva, our AI-assisted CMS. It speaks to investors and family offices as well as to private buyers on the Bay of Lübeck, with current sales mandates, properties already brokered and a waiting list for off-market offers. We migrated the previous WordPress site in full and reworked it for SEO and AI search.
