How VARIO Cloud and Shopware 6 work together

Orders from Shopware 6 arrive in the ERP and are processed there. Stock levels, prices and shipping data go back to the shop, so your customers see available quantities and the shipping status. Before the project, we check with you which options VARIO Cloud offers for data exchange and which fields are transferred. The result is a plan that you approve before implementation.

Moving from VARIO 8 with the shop integration

VARIO is rarely connected only to the warehouse and accounting. The online shop, marketplaces, shipping and payment providers are often connected directly. When moving to VARIO Cloud, it must therefore be clear early on which systems exchange data today and how this will work in future.

For the Shopware integration, this means we document the existing data exchange with VARIO 8, check the payment and delivery terms the shop transfers and test the new integration in trial migrations before the shop is switched over.
