How do I attract apprentices? Your website as your public face

More and more tradespeople have the problem that they can’t find apprentices or new employees. At the same time they say: “I have so many jobs, I don’t need any advertising”, let alone a website.

This is exactly where the first mistake happens! A new website is good for your image!

Forget about new customers if you are already drowning in work, but think about the growth of your business. Motivated school leavers who want to become apprentices look on social media or the internet and search specifically for companies and tradespeople, or for the trade they want to learn.

But what if your business can’t be found?

New customers stay away, speculative applications don’t come in and apprentices arrive at best via the job centre. Good luck with that!

So what is an image website?

An image website simply means that we present your business in a clean, modern way, optimised for every device. The focus is not on maximising profit but on presenting you and your business so that your qualities, your appearance and your way of working take centre stage.

So it is always worth thinking twice about whether a new website might make sense after all.
