The UG, introduced in Germany as the “little sister” of the GmbH, served us well as a legal form for a long time. With growing responsibilities and increasing success in recent years, however, we have now decided to convert to a GmbH. You could say, quite literally, that the little sister has grown up and in 2021 is finally an adult.
With more than 500,000 registered companies, the GmbH (Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung, a German limited liability company) is the most popular legal form in Germany, and for several reasons. On the one hand, it stands for reliability and credibility; on the other, it carries considerably more weight in business dealings than the UG, which always has to add “haftungsbeschränkt” (limited liability) in its correspondence.
That we can do without this suffix in future is thanks to hard work, but of course also to our clients and partners who have been on board since the early days and have loyally accompanied us on the way from UG to GmbH.
One thing is therefore particularly important to us: the company name has changed, but our philosophy and the proven quality of our creative work naturally remain the same.
Because whether as a UG or now as a GmbH, long-term client satisfaction drives our daily work. With this in mind, we look forward to the next exciting projects WITH and FOR you.
