Discounts from Shopware get a fixed product number, so your ERP can read them as a separate line item and the order total is correct.
Many ERP and middleware solutions cannot take over discounts from Shopware because they have no product number. The order then arrives in the ERP with the wrong total.
The plugin gives every discount a fixed product number and stores it as a separate line item. Customers do not notice anything, but your ERP reads the reduction like a normal product. The plugin was developed together with BuildIT Consulting.
What you can use the plugin for
ERP without discount import
Systems that cannot process discounts without a product number now take over the reduction as a normal line item.
Middleware and interfaces
Intermediate systems also receive the full order value.

- Send a test order with a discount to your ERP and check the import.

It is in use with Mention and Büro Plus. In principle it works with any system that can take over discounts with a product number and a varying amount. Please test with your ERP beforehand.
