Why warehouse and shop belong together with Pickware

If shop and ERP run separately, you need an integration that moves orders, stock and payments back and forth. Every sync can get stuck. Pickware, by contrast, is fully integrated into Shopware. For that to hold up in daily operations, storage locations, shipping methods, roles and modules have to fit your business.

What you get from us as a Pickware partner

  • Warehouse, shipping and POS run directly in Shopware 6, with no second system alongside.
  • Stock levels in the shop and in the warehouse match, because both access the same data.
  • You only use the modules your business really needs.
  • In-store sales with Pickware POS draw on the same stock as the online shop.

Pickware is an ERP system developed specifically for Shopware that runs as a full integration directly in the shop system. With it you manage warehouse, shipping, returns, payment reconciliation and POS in the Shopware 6 back end, without an external connector. Web Labels has been an official Pickware partner since 2019. We set up Pickware, tailor it to your processes and extend it where the standard is not enough.

Pickware as a full integration in Shopware 6

Most ERP systems run alongside the shop and need an integration. With Pickware, orders, stock levels and payment status are held in the same database as the shop. Our work therefore lies less in moving data and more in the setup: storage locations, shipping methods, team roles and the question of which modules you need. The technical details are on the page Shopware 6 and Pickware.

Modules we set up

With Pickware WMS you manage goods receipt, stock transfers and picking directly in Shopware, with a barcode scanner if you wish. Shipping and return labels are created straight from the order. With Pickware POS you sell in your store via Shopware, and online and in-store sales draw on the same stock.

class SyncStock implements ShouldQueue
{
    public function handle(Erp $erp, Shop $shop): void
    {
        foreach ($erp->changedProducts() as $product) {
            $shop->setStock($product->number, $product->stock);
        }
    }
}
Our own code, cleanly documented and update-safe.

When further systems are added

If marketplaces, accounting or other systems need to be connected to Shopware and Pickware, we plan the integrations for them. The options for marketplaces are shown in the Multichannel overview. You will find other ERP systems in the ERP overview.

How we introduce Pickware in your shop

  1. Map the processes

    We look at warehouse, shipping, returns and checkout and clarify which Pickware modules you need.

  2. Set up

    We set up warehouse structure, shipping methods, roles and payment reconciliation in a test environment.

  3. Test

    Using real orders we check picking, labels and returns before going live.

  4. Go-live and training

    We activate Pickware and show your team the processes in the warehouse and at the till.

Since 2019. We set up Pickware in Shopware 6 and develop extensions when your business needs more than the standard.

What does full integration mean with Pickware?

Pickware runs directly in the Shopware 6 back end. Orders, stock levels and payment status share the same database, so there is no sync between two systems.

Does Pickware need a connector to Shopware 6?

No. Pickware is built specifically for Shopware and runs directly in the Shopware 6 admin. Orders, stock levels and payment status share the same database. The effort lies mainly in setting up warehouse, shipping and modules.

What is Pickware WMS?

Pickware WMS is the warehouse management module of Pickware. It lets you manage stock, goods receipt and picking directly in Shopware 6, including barcode scanners.
