ERP without a Shopware integration: where sync4 comes in

Many ERP systems do not come with their own Shopware integration. Orders are then retyped, customers are created twice, and stock in the shop lags behind the warehouse. Once marketplaces are added, things get confusing.

What a sync4 partner agency does for you

  • Your ERP remains the leading system.
  • Orders arrive in the ERP with customer, delivery and billing address.
  • sync4 avoids duplicate customer records during import.
  • Products and stock come from the ERP into your shop and marketplaces.

Scope of services

What we take on as your sync4 partner agency

  • The right connector

    We select the sync4 connector for your ERP.

  • Field mapping

    ERP and Shopware 6 are aligned field by field.

  • Product data

    Products are prepared for shop and marketplaces.

  • Orders and customers

    Both flow back into the ERP.

  • eBay and Amazon

    We connect the marketplaces via sync4.

  • Extensions

    We take custom fields and plugins in Shopware into account.

sync4 by Dupp GmbH is a middleware that connects your ERP with Shopware 6 and marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon. The ERP remains the leading system: products and stock go to the shop and marketplaces, and orders come back into the ERP with customer and address data. We select the right sync4 connector, set it up and extend it if needed. Web Labels has been an official sync4 partner since 2022.

Connectors for ERP systems

According to the vendor, sync4 offers connectors for these systems:

  • Lexware
  • SAP Business One as well as SAP R3, S4 and AllinOne
  • Sage 100
  • Microtech
  • WISO Unternehmer Suite
  • COS, Blue Office, desk4 Cloud Warenwirtschaft
  • 42 ERP and Arista ERP complete

On the shop side, sync4 supports Shopware 5 and 6 as well as Shopify, WooCommerce, Gambio, Oxid and ePages, plus the marketplaces eBay and Amazon. For some of these systems we have dedicated pages, for example Sync4 (Dupp) and Shopware 6, Lexware and 42 ERP.

Where we come in

We check which fields your ERP supplies and which ones Shopware 6 and the marketplaces need. Then we set up the mapping, test with real orders and take the sync live. Custom fields from Shopware plugins, different tax rules or bundles get their own extension if needed.

class SyncStock implements ShouldQueue
{
    public function handle(Erp $erp, Shop $shop): void
    {
        foreach ($erp->changedProducts() as $product) {
            $shop->setStock($product->number, $product->stock);
        }
    }
}
Our own code, cleanly documented and update-safe.

Other routes

If your ERP comes with a direct Shopware interface, that may be the shorter route; the systems for this are listed in the ERP overview. If the focus is on many marketplaces, magnalister or Base are a better fit. All options compared: Multichannel.

How we work

How your sync4 project runs with us as your partner agency

  1. Understand

    We look at your business, your systems and your figures before we suggest anything.

  2. Plan

    You receive a concept and a quote with individual items and a realistic schedule.

  3. Build

    We develop in stages. You see interim results on a test environment and approve them.

  4. Run

    After go-live we take care of hosting, updates and monitoring if you want us to.
