Why every marketplace without Base means another back end
Every new marketplace brings another back end. Orders are scattered, shipping labels are created in three places, and stock levels are only correct if someone updates them by hand.
What a Base Shopware agency does for you
- You process orders from Shopware and the marketplaces in one panel.
- Base synchronises stock and prices between your shop and the marketplaces.
- Tracking numbers are sent back to Shopware automatically.
- You add new channels in Base without rebuilding Shopware.

Base, formerly BaseLinker, is a sales panel that brings together orders from your Shopware shop and from marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Kaufland or OTTO. Base synchronises stock and prices across channels and sends tracking numbers back to Shopware. We are a Base partner and connect your shop so that data, variants and processes fit together. Web Labels has been an official Base partner since 2026.

What Base synchronises with Shopware
Base pulls orders from Shopware into its own panel, where marketplace orders also arrive. From there, products from your shop inventory can be offered on marketplaces. Base keeps stock and prices in sync between shop and marketplaces and sends tracking numbers back to Shopware. On top of that, invoices and the connection to accounting and shipping providers are handled in the panel itself.
Where we come in
The connection itself is set up quickly. The effort lies in the data: variants, bundles, custom fields from plugins or different warehouse locations have to be understood the same way in Base and in Shopware. We define which system leads for which value, test with real orders and document the settings.
class SyncStock implements ShouldQueue
{
public function handle(Erp $erp, Shop $shop): void
{
foreach ($erp->changedProducts() as $product) {
$shop->setStock($product->number, $product->stock);
}
}
} Together with your ERP and shop
If an ERP system manages products and stock, we clarify whether Base talks to the ERP directly or via Shopware. The systems we connect are listed in the ERP overview. If you prefer to work directly in Shopware, magnalister is the alternative. All options compared: Multichannel.

Frequently asked questions about Base (BaseLinker) and Shopware 6
All questions and answersIs Base the same as BaseLinker?
Yes. BaseLinker now operates under the name Base, and the platform is the same.
Do I need a Shopware plugin for Base?
According to the vendor, Base offers its own Shopware integration, which is set up in the Base panel using the shop's access credentials. We check in advance whether your shop needs any extensions.
Which marketplaces can be connected via Base?
According to the vendor, these include Amazon, eBay, Allegro, Kaufland, OTTO, Galaxus, Etsy and Temu, well over 100 platforms in total. The current list is available on base.com.
When is Base better than a plugin in the shop?
When you sell on many channels and want to handle orders, shipping and invoices in one place. If most orders come through your own shop, a plugin such as magnalister is often enough.
- Multichannel
Connecting Shopware 6 with Amazon, eBay, Kaufland, OTTO and idealo: product export, order import and stock sync with magnalister, Base, sync4 or a custom connector.
- magnalister
We set up magnalister in Shopware 6: listing products on Amazon, eBay, OTTO, Kaufland and other marketplaces, pulling orders into the shop and synchronising stock.
- Fressnapf
Our own middleware connects Shopware 6 with the Fressnapf marketplace: products, prices and stock go out, orders come into the shop, and the shipping status goes back.
- Faire
With our middleware, brands sell to independent retailers via the wholesale marketplace Faire, controlled from Shopware 6: products, prices, stock, orders and shipping status.
