magnalister is a multichannel interface that runs as a plugin directly in Shopware 6. You list products from your shop on marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, OTTO or Kaufland, and orders from there come back as Shopware orders. We are a magnalister partner, set up the plugin and adapt it to your data and plugins. Web Labels has been an official magnalister partner since 2022.

What magnalister handles in Shopware
magnalister uploads products with images, prices and stock to the connected marketplaces and then keeps stock and prices up to date automatically. The plugin imports orders into Shopware, and the shipping status goes back to the marketplace. Prices can be adjusted per marketplace, for instance to offset fees. Besides Shopware, magnalister supports other shop systems, which is handy if you change platforms later.
Where we come in
Most of the work is the matching: every marketplace category requires its own mandatory attributes, and variants have to be mapped so that size and colour arrive on Amazon exactly as they appear in the shop. If plugins in your shop supply additional fields or change prices, we integrate them via magnalister’s hook points. That keeps the plugin update-safe.

Does magnalister work with Shopware 6?
Yes. magnalister is available for Shopware 5, Shopware 6 and as an app for Shopware Cloud. It is installed directly in the shop.
Can I test magnalister first?
The vendor offers a free 30-day trial. We set up the trial installation so that you can check with real products whether the mapping fits.
Do I also need an ERP integration?
Only if your ERP is the leading system. In that case, marketplace orders pass through Shopware into the ERP, and we plan both integrations together.
