Faire without a Shopware integration: maintaining wholesale prices and stock twice

On Faire, retailers order wholesale, often in larger quantities and repeatedly. If you maintain your range, retailer prices and stock there separately from your own shop, you quickly lose track, and orders have to be entered into the ERP by hand.

What the Shopware 6 Faire integration brings to your wholesale business

  • Your wholesale range comes from the same data as your online shop.
  • Stock is shared between end customers and retailers.
  • Faire orders reach Shopware without anyone retyping them.
  • Shipping status and tracking go back to Faire automatically.

Scope of services

What your Shopware 6 Faire integration covers

  • Product push

Your range with variants and images goes from Shopware to Faire.

  • Wholesale prices

Retailer prices are transferred from your Shopware data.

  • Stock

One stock pool for shop and wholesale, continuously synchronised.

  • Order import

Retailer orders arrive as Shopware orders.

  • Shipping status

We report shipping and tracking back to Faire automatically.

  • Setup

We connect your shop and Faire account and map your data.

Faire connects brands with independent retailers who buy their stock wholesale there. With our Shopware 6 Faire integration you control this channel directly from your shop. We developed the middleware ourselves, and it covers Faire completely: product push, price sync, stock, order import and shipping status.

Our middleware connects Shopware 6 with Faire: products, prices and stock go out, orders come back, and the shipping status goes back to Faire.

Wholesale from the same data

Your online shop and your wholesale business draw on the same products and the same stock. The middleware transfers product data, variants and images from Shopware to Faire and keeps wholesale prices and stock up to date. When a retailer orders, the order arrives in Shopware and runs through your usual processes.

A ready-made solution, not a one-off project

Because the integration already exists, the work for you is mainly about mapping: which products should go on Faire, how variants and categories are transferred and which prices apply to retailers. We agree this with you, test with real products and then go live. Returns and cancellations are clarified on request.

    }

Further marketplaces and integrations

Besides Faire, we also connect Orderchamp, Ankorstore and the Fressnapf marketplace with our middleware. For further channels there are multichannel solutions, and for your ERP the ERP integration. More about the technology behind it under API and middleware.

Integrations and connectors

We also build connectors

If there is no ready-made integration for a platform, we develop it ourselves. For Fressnapf, Faire, Orderchamp and Ankorstore we have built our own middleware that connects Shopware 6 fully with each marketplace.

  • Shopware 6 and Fressnapf

The Fressnapf marketplace for pet supplies, with product push, price and stock synchronisation, order import and shipping status.

    To the Fressnapf integration
  • Shopware 6 and Faire

Wholesale marketplace for independent retailers: your range comes from Shopware, and the retailers’ orders flow back into the shop.

  • Shopware 6 and Orderchamp

B2B marketplace for brands and specialist retailers, continuously synchronised with your Shopware data.

    To the Orderchamp integration
  • Shopware 6 and Ankorstore

European wholesale marketplace for brands and retailers, fully connected to Shopware 6.

    To the Ankorstore integration

What the middleware covers:

  • Product push with product data, variants and images
  • Price synchronisation
  • Stock synchronisation
  • Order import
  • Shipping status and tracking feedback

How we work

How the Shopware 6 Faire integration is set up

You receive a concept and a quote with individual items and a realistic schedule.

  3. Build

Frequently asked questions about the Shopware 6 Faire integration

All questions and answers
What is Faire?

Faire is an online wholesale marketplace where independent retailers buy from brands and reorder. Brands reach retailers there without building their own field sales team.

Is the Faire integration already available?

Yes. We have already built the middleware for Faire. We set it up for your shop and adapt the mapping to your data.

Which data does the integration exchange?

Products with product data, variants and images, wholesale prices, stock levels, orders as well as shipping status and tracking.

Can I use Faire alongside other wholesale marketplaces?

Yes. We have the same middleware for Orderchamp and Ankorstore. Stock remains shared across all channels.
